개요
이 방침은 김정원(이하 “운영자”)이 개인적으로 운영하는 AI 비서 애플리케이션(이하 “본 앱”)에 적용됩니다. 본 앱은 운영자 본인과 그 가족만 사용하는 비상업적 개인용 도구이며, 일반에 배포되거나 판매되지 않습니다.
수집·이용하는 Google 사용자 데이터
본 앱은 운영자가 명시적으로 OAuth 동의를 부여한 운영자 본인의 Google 계정에 한해 다음 데이터에 접근합니다.
- Gmail — 메일 목록·본문 조회, 운영자의 지시와 확인을 거친 메일 발송
- Google Calendar — 일정 조회, 일정 생성·수정·삭제
- Google Drive / Docs / Sheets — 운영자가 지정한 파일의 조회 및 편집
접근 목적은 운영자의 일정 관리, 메일 확인 및 작성 보조, 문서 정리 등 개인 비서 기능 제공에 한정됩니다.
데이터 저장 및 보관
- 인증 토큰은 운영자의 개인 컴퓨터(macOS) 내 시스템 키체인에 암호화되어 저장됩니다.
- 조회한 데이터와 대화 기록은 같은 컴퓨터의 로컬 데이터베이스에 저장되며, 외부 서버로 복제되지 않습니다.
- 운영자가 언제든 로컬 데이터를 삭제할 수 있으며, Google 계정 권한 설정에서 본 앱의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회 시 저장된 토큰은 무효화됩니다.
제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁
본 앱은 수집한 데이터를 판매하거나 광고 목적으로 이용하지 않으며, 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
단, 본 앱은 대규모 언어 모델을 이용해 응답을 생성하므로, 운영자가 요청한 작업의 처리 과정에서 해당 요청과 관련된 내용(예: 요약을 요청한 메일의 본문)이 OpenAI API로 전송될 수 있습니다. 이는 기능 제공을 위한 처리 위탁이며, 전송되는 범위는 해당 요청 처리에 필요한 최소한으로 제한됩니다. OpenAI의 데이터 처리 방침은 OpenAI 개인정보 보호정책을 참고하십시오.
Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책
본 앱의 Google 사용자 데이터 이용 및 다른 앱으로의 전송은 Google API Services User Data Policy를 준수하며, 여기에는 Limited Use 요건이 포함됩니다.
보안
- 자격증명은 운영자 계정 전용 디렉터리에 저장되며 소유자 외 접근이 차단됩니다.
- 원격 접근은 Tailscale 사설 네트워크로만 허용되고, 공개 인터넷에 노출되지 않습니다.
아동의 개인정보
본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
방침 변경
본 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지의 최종 수정일이 갱신됩니다.
English Summary
This privacy policy applies to a personal, non-commercial AI assistant application operated by JungWon Kim for use by the operator and their family only. It is not distributed publicly.
Google user data accessed (only from the operator’s own account, with explicit OAuth consent): Gmail (read messages; send messages upon the operator’s confirmation), Google Calendar (read and manage events), and Google Drive/Docs/Sheets (read and edit files the operator designates). Access is used solely to provide personal assistant functionality.
Storage: OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in the operator’s macOS keychain. Retrieved data and conversation history are stored in a local database on the same computer and are not replicated to external servers. Access can be revoked at any time via Google Account permissions.
Third parties: Data is never sold or used for advertising. To generate responses, content relevant to a requested task may be transmitted to the OpenAI API as a processor, limited to what that request requires.
This application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
